To change this situation as soon as possible, in addition to the growth factors that enterprises can experiment with by stretching, tightening, twists and turns, tearing, shearing, 180 degree stripping and 90 degree stripping, the most effective way is to realize the capital expansion of enterprises through the combination, merger and reorganization among enterprises, so as to further expand the market share and remain invincible in the competition. Although these products have strongly supported domestic economic construction, we should be aware that most of our products are general technology content or labor-intensive products, and rarely have international leading levels. It is a regrettable fact that our valve enterprises have all failed in the recent bidding for the main pipeline of the west east gas transmission project. as a warning for the future. In order to revitalize the valve industry and develop it, the national industry must implement technological innovation, adjust the product structure, and have the courage to research and develop valve products with high technology content and high labor added value, which have the international leading level, such as control valves and automatic valves, three-way confluence valves, three-way shunt valves, and safety valves; Metal hard seal all welded ball valves, high parameter large diameter valves; And power station supercritical c12-a alloy steel valves. There are several ways to implement technological innovation and research and develop new products. First, through cooperation with scientific research institutions of colleges and universities, such as the main steam control valve of power station boiler recently developed by the high-pressure valve factory for energy storage and the "three-dimensional" company under the Chinese Academy of Sciences, it is an internationally leading product, and its "pressure drop" is much lower than international standards, which has a very promising future in the power station industry; Second, in the form of foreign cooperation or technology introduction, the cooperation between Zigong High Pressure Valve Co., Ltd. and Italian simbillon company has shortened the gap between us and foreign countries in ball valve products. third, implement diversified sales strategies, strive to open up international markets and expand product exports

In the face of such a huge overcapacity, the most effective way is to implement a diversified sales strategy and vigorously explore the international market. At present, the annual export of valves in the international market is about billion, and that of China is 150 million, less than 2%. There is great potential here. To open up the international market, we should first pay attention to the cultivation of foreign trade talents. There are a number of foreign trade professionals who can operate and understand foreign languages; Secondly, we should learn to make use of Internet and information technology to attract customers and capture business opportunities; Third, we can cooperate with some domestic foreign trade companies to expand exports through their channels; Fourth, qualified enterprises can set up sales outlets or set up factories abroad. Although there are no institutional shortcomings and historical burdens for the rapid development of private enterprises, their development process should pay attention to the improvement of enterprise management level, implement management innovation, and avoid falling into the "family" and "paternalistic" management stereotypes.
